Indy Renovations has completed two bathroom remodels for me! I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Gary and his crew. They are very professional, friendly, and dedicated to the project. Both bathrooms turned out beautifully. They covered all of the flooring and were very cautious not to damage walls and wood work. They cleaned up each day before they left the job to help keep dust to a minimum. The owner, Gary, was very helpful and involved throughout the project. This is a company I would recommend to friends, neighbors, and family.

We are so happy we chose Indy Renovation to replace our outdated kitchen.

It took us time to select from all the many options that were available to us; the cabinetry, flooring, lighting, electrical, countertop, appliance locations, and with your expertise help we made our final decisions.

Your craftsmen were pleasant and courteous throughout the whole renovation project and very helpful with suggestions on details that arose during the reconstruction. They worked especially hard to make sure we had our kitchen finished in time for Thanksgiving.

We now have the loveliest kitchen we could ever imagine. The granite countertop which you helped us select is a real “eye catcher.” All our guests have commented on how great it looks.

Just a word or two to let you know how much we appreciate the completed work on our newly remodeled bathroom. We are so happy with the end results. We had an idea of what we wanted, and with your added suggestions, (especially the built-in radio speakers,) it is more than we actually hoped for.

Your men did a truly professional job, were very courteous, and when they let each work day, there were no mess. They cleaned up before they let. This was also much appreciative. Also, if we wanted changes along the way, there was no moaning or grumbling, just, “we can handle it”.

We are thinking of adding another bathroom to our house, just so you can remodel it for us. Just kidding of course, but that is how we feel about the job your men did. We want to thank them for that, and thank you for a job well done.

I’m already thinking this note is not going to be enough space to express my gratitude, but I’ll do what I can. The recent remodeling just done is like my “dream bathroom” and dream come true ! It is both beautiful and functional/practical (my priority objectives).

As I wanted the room remodeled for 11 years, It turned out better than I had ever imaged possible. Gary, I’d already said you got this job because you listened to what I wanted done, and then said, “we can do that” and then you bid me a fair price, one that I believe was reasonable for both business and customer. You said also that you (and the team) had done many other jobs previously and your workers had high quality ratings on performance. No competitor ever told me about such ratings on their workers. Well, I found out for myself ! They ( Chris James) set me at ease from day one with their friendly communication and respect toward me. We worked the plan and all the details out together from the beginning to the end, such that I never felt out of control. They didn’t come to my house with their “own agenda”, but were there to do what the customer wanted.

I was NOT looking forward to this process of this room being torn up and my upstairs being “taken over”. In reality then it actually went better than I thought because of the efficient way they worked in crowded condition, making construction out of chaos and continually cleaning up after themselves! These are some of the trade marks of true professionals. They were on top of things and knew what needed to be done and in the right order, which indicated experience. It was obvious they knew what they were doing, but they never let on about it with arrogance.

They did what they said. I noticed numerous opportunities they had to cheat me or lie about something during the worker in communication. Though none of us are perfect, their integrity stood out, and I felt it should be mentioned and commended. I made some difficult requests that were beyond the norm and feared sabotage or gouging. But when I made them, I wasn’t ignored or ridiculed, and you and your team found away to get it done for a fair price. Even small things I said, they heard and carried out. They also explained things to me about how something worked. Other things are still coming to mind, but that ink pen just ran dry and this writing indeed tight. I hope you can read it! Thank you for a job well done.

We’re already thinking about remodeling the bathroom and of course…asking Indy Renovation to do the work! We wouldn’t dream of anybody else doing the project!

In remembering back to the beginning of the month and asking you to be a part of our kitchen remodeling. Project, all I could think about was, “How in the World will they get it all done in 3 short weeks?” Well… you did it! And you did it beautifully!

We were not looking forward to the “mess” and “inconvenience” of such a big project…it was our first time, and had only heard “horror” stories. Obviously, those that were relaying those stories had not met you and your team! Indy Renovations worked quickly, continually cleaned up after themselves, and there was never, ever a problem! Whether it was the demolition, the electricity, the plumbing…you took all of the worries away.

Needless to say, we are thrilled with our new kitchen and with Indy Renovation…we can’t wait for the next project! Who says a “remodel” is a big headache? NOT US!

Thank you for the remodeling done by your company, on both of my bathrooms. I had little hope that they would EVER look as beautiful as they do now. Your workers were exceptionally clean, polite and thorough. They explained everything and asked if I had any questions throughout the remodeling process. Although I had discussed with a representative the details of remodeling and where everything was to be placed, your workers asked to confirm where I wanted certain fixtures and accessories ( just in case I had changed my mind ) which was a step above any other remodeling or construction workers I’ve had before this project.

Indy Renovation told me my bathrooms would be beautiful and they are beyond beautiful. I’m EXTREMELY impressed and would recommend them to anyone seeking to do any remodeling.

Thanks for your hard work and my newly remodeled bathrooms. Now, I hope to get new kitchen cabinets soon.

Gary, I just want to tell you how happy we are with Indy Renovation. Before you came along, three plumbers from three different companies told us three different solutions for the leak in our shower. None of them guessed the true problem. However you did. And your crew did a sensational job fixing it without a mess. Initially I had dreaded the drywall work that had to be done in the ceiling. But they handled it neatly and perfectly.

Superior craftsmanship, integrity, remodelers who put their heart and soul into their work, a characteristic seldom seen today. Far exceeded expectations, very fair price. ( I paid less for an entire bathroom being gutted and totally remodeled than I did for a tub. commode and flooring in another bathroom just a few months ago ). I want to get the kitchen remodeled next year and I will call no one else.

Responded promptly and made arrangements to meet at my convenience – even if that meant coming in the evening. Work started on the date he committed to and no additional surprises in cost. Owner personally did a walk-through with me at the end and even requested some additional work that he felt could have been done better (even though it wasn’t anything I would have noticed). One of the best things is that the workers swept my bath every night and stacked their materials neatly and out of my way. Over all, commitments were honored. Owner was an involved owner – owned his crew’s work, and very respectful of my time and space.

Competitive price compared to other service providers, they fit us in within days of giving us our quote and completed the install within an hour and were very professional.
